These General Terms and Conditions of Sales Store (hereinafter GTC) govern the contractual relationship between NotaBan\u00e9 \u2013 Odorem SAS, whose registered office is located in Scat Urbam, Dakar, Senegal, registered under number 010840636, and any person (hereinafter \u201cthe Customer\u201d) wishing to make a purchase in the NotaBan\u00e9 store. The Customer can choose to collect their products in store or have them delivered. Delivery conditions (costs, deadlines, terms) are communicated to the Customer at the time of purchase. NotaBan\u00e9 strives to respect agreed delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of purchase of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories) allowing their resale. Started products cannot be returned<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
