How do I place my order on my NotaBané Parfums online store ?
To place an order on the store, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. Then choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on “Add to cart”. Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents by clicking on the basket, then let yourself be guided by clicking on the “Buy” button.
Your order is prepared in a maximum of 48 working hours in our warehouses, it is then delivered to the carrier according to the delivery method and country you have chosen.
Delivery times are then between 2 and 4 days after your order is handed over to the carrier.
What are the processing times for my order ?
All your orders are shipped within 48 hours maximum. You will be kept informed by email of the shipment of your package.
How do I know where my order is ?
We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after validation of your order. In this email, you will find the summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access your account and follow the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses: "In preparation" and "Shipped". How can I cancel or modify my order ?
You have the possibility to cancel an order when it has not yet been prepared by our warehouses. After validation of your payment, the content of your order can no longer be modified. Customer service will record your cancellation and the card used during your purchase will automatically be re-credited for the full amount of your order.

Can I be delivered abroad ?
NotaBané delivers everywhere on the planet.
The choice of your delivery area will be offered to you after validation of your basket. Please note that any country not included in this list cannot be delivered.
We would like to inform our kind customers that delivery times are indicative and take effect the day following the shipment date.
Shipping and delivery times may therefore be subject to delays in the event of unavailability of the products ordered, in the event of public holidays, in the event of a carrier strike or in the event of an excess of orders among other cases of force majeure.
What should I do if I am not home at the time of delivery ?
If your carrier is DHL, the package is delivered directly to your home and if you are not home at the time, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of arrival as well as the post office from which you can collect the package. You will then have to go to the indicated post office with the receipt provided by the postman and an identity document to collect it. You then have a period of 15 days, after which the package will be returned to us.
What should I do if I don't receive my order ?
If you still have not received your package after 7 days and no delivery notice has been given to you, remember to check the status of your package on the carrier's website, depending on the delivery method chosen.
