La politique en matière de remboursements et retours passe par des règles d’éligibilités précises. Les produits doivent rester inutilisés, en état de revente, et être renvoyés dans les 14 jours suivant la date de livraison.

 

Pour entamer une procédure de remboursements et de retour, nous vous prions de nous envoyer un courriel à serviceclient@notabane-parfums.com en précisant l’objet de votre demande et le numéro de la commande concernée.

 

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

 

Upon receipt of your package, you will be informed whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

 

If accepted, your refund will be processed according to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.

 

We also reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions set out above.

Orders returned, due to non-delivery as specified by the carriers, will be automatically refunded (less shipping charges) based on the original payment method within 7 business days of their return.

 

In the event of a refund, it will be made according to the initial payment method within 7 to 10 working days after validation of your request.
