GENERAL STORE CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sales Store (hereinafter GTC) govern the contractual relationship between NotaBané – Odorem SAS, whose registered office is located in Scat Urbam, Dakar, Senegal, registered under number 010840636, and any person (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to make a purchase in the NotaBané store. By purchasing a product, the Customer unreservedly accepts these GTC.

2. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those displayed in the store on the day of purchase by the Customer. The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs of the products are not contractual.
3. PRICE
The sales prices of the products are indicated in CFA Franc, all taxes included (TTC). Prices displayed in store may be changed at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the purchase.
4. ORDER
Any order placed in store implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The Customer must verify the accuracy of the order information before validating it.
5. PAYMENT
Payment for purchases is made immediately in store. Accepted payment methods are: Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) Cash, Wave, Orange Money and Free Money
6. DELIVERY AND IN-STORE COLLECTION
The Customer can choose to collect their products in store or have them delivered. Delivery conditions (costs, deadlines, terms) are communicated to the Customer at the time of purchase. NotaBané strives to respect agreed delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REMEDY
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of purchase of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories) allowing their resale. Started products cannot be returned
8. REFUND
In the event of a validated return, the refund will be made according to the payment method used during the purchase, within 7 to 10 working days after receipt and verification of the returned products.
9. WARRANTY
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the Customer to return defective or non-compliant products delivered.
10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The information collected in store is intended for NotaBané and is necessary to process purchases. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law, the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the store and its content are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of NotaBané. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the store, whether material, visual or audio.
