2. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the user. The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs of the products are not contractual.

3. PRICE

The sales prices of the products are indicated in euros, dollars and CFA francs, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering, depending on the options chosen. 4. ORDER

6. DELIVERY

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REMEDY

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories) allowing their resale. Started products cannot be returned.

8. RETURN AND REFUND

In the event of a return, please contact our customer service at serviceclient@notabane-parfums.com. Once the return has been validated, the refund will be made according to the payment method used when ordering, within 7 to 10 working days after receipt and verification of the products.

9. WARRANTY

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the customer to return defective or non-compliant products delivered.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The information collected on the Site is intended for NotaBané and is necessary for processing orders. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you.
